PullChain is an educational game. We don't give financial advice and we don't hold your funds. Read these terms to understand what you're agreeing to when you use the Platform.
By accessing or using PullChain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. PullChain is operated by BlindspotLab. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users who connect wallets, mint certificates, or participate in the leaderboard.
PullChain is a gamified Web3 education platform. Users pull blocks from a virtual Jenga tower, learn crypto and Web3 terminology, answer quiz questions, and earn soulbound NFT certificates on the Base network upon completing difficulty tiers. The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using PullChain, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
PullChain uses Privy for authentication. You may connect using a cryptocurrency wallet or an email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet private keys and seed phrases. PullChain does not have access to, custody of, or control over your wallet or funds. Loss of access to your wallet is your responsibility.
Upon completing a difficulty tier, users may mint a soulbound ERC-721 certificate on Base Mainnet. These certificates are non-transferable and permanently associated with the minting wallet address. Minting requires gas fees paid in ETH on the Base network. PullChain does not guarantee the monetary value of certificates. They are proof-of-knowledge credentials only.
All content on PullChain — including word definitions, use cases, and examples — is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, trading advice, or investment recommendations. Crypto assets involve significant risk. Always conduct your own research before making any financial decisions.
You agree not to: attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform, use automated tools or bots to interact with the game, impersonate other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform or other users' experience. PullChain reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on PullChain — including but not limited to the game design, word database, UI, logo, and branding — is the property of BlindspotLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without express written permission.
PullChain integrates with third-party services including Privy (authentication), Supabase (database), and the Base network (blockchain). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. PullChain is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third-party services.
PullChain is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of educational content, though we strive to maintain quality standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlindspotLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of access to NFTs or wallet assets.
PullChain reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
